Joshua Boardman, LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in clinical work with individuals ages 18 years and above. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help clients develop strategies for improved emotional expression and control, better relationships and life satisfaction. I have a background in school-based therapy, community mental health and in-patient psychiatric care. A Washington native and Army veteran, I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Washington State University and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Central Washington University. 

Areas of interest include: Assisting individuals with neurodivergence identify and develop strengths and strategies for bridging challenges, working with veterans transitioning into civilian life, and assisting in developing skills for enhanced emotion regulation.
