Joshua Boardman, LMHC

Joshua Boardman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in clinical work with children, teens and adults. He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help clients develop strategies for improved emotional expression and control, better relationships and life satisfaction. Joshua has a background in school-based therapy, community mental health and in-patient psychiatric care. A Washington native and Army veteran, Joshua received his Bachelors in Psychology from Washington State University and his Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Central Washington University. 

Areas of interest include: assisting families of children and teens with ADHD identify and develop strengths and strategies for bridging challenges, working with veterans transitioning into civilian life, and assisting in developing skills for enhanced emotion regulation.
