Holly Lamsma, LICSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker and work with adults 18 and older. Over the last ten years I have had experience working with a broad variety of clients in the community mental health setting as well as hospice. My areas of focus include trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness and pain, and women’s health (permpartum, postpartum, and infertility). I have a BS in Kinesiology from Washington State University and a Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University.

I consider therapy to be a highly collaborative process intended to provide clients with a safe and comfortable space to better understand themselves and work towards their goals. It is a privilege to accompany clients through their therapeutic process. I believe in a holistic approach to identify how physical, environmental, and lifestyle factors affect mental health. I am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and practice use of evidence based interventions. This may include elements of CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and somatics.
