I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapies including cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and exposure and response prevention (as well as others). I have a gentle and kind approach, and am also willing to challenge my clients in order to promote growth. I have over 10 years of experience working with a variety of clients to overcome these obstacles.
