Andrea Letcher, LMHCA

I believe that individuals are inherently good people that have the ability to overcome obstacles with resilience and strength. I work collaboratively with my clients to set goals and to explore thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors that shape client experiences that will help in creating individualized treatment plans. I see adolescent and adult clients and enjoy working with mood and anxiety disorders, emotion regulation issues, trauma, and helping people engage in value-consistent choices related to alcohol and cannabis use. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and solution focused therapy, with an emphasis on mindfulness integrated throughout treatment. I look forward to supporting you on your journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor associate working under the supervision of Dr. Carolyn Stern.

In my free time I enjoy spending time in the mountains, whether it is snowboarding in the winter, or hiking and camping with my dog in the summer.
